About us
Full Work Services is a recruitment and HR firm based in Bucharest. We handle the whole process, from finding the right candidates to the final interview, with a focus on transparency and collaboration. Behind the firm is Diana Dina, our founder, with over 15 years of experience in human resources — and the belief that HR is first of all about relationships between people, not just processes.
Our vision
We believe something simple: people work well where they are treated with respect. That's why we tell companies the truth from the first conversation, and give candidates real answers instead of silence.
We don't rush to "deliver CVs". We'd rather understand the role, the team and the person first — and only then make a recommendation we can stand behind.
And our job doesn't end when the contract is signed. We stay close after the hire too, because a good match shows over time, not on interview day.
