Privacy Policy

We respect your data. We only collect what you share with us through our forms — name, phone, email, message and, if you apply for a job, your CV. We never sell your data and we do not send you ads.

Below you will find a plain-language explanation of what we do with your data and what rights you have.

Through the contact or quote request form: your name, phone, email and message.

When you apply for a job on the site: your name, phone, email and the CV you upload.

If you message us on WhatsApp, the conversation takes place in the WhatsApp app, at your initiative, and is also subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy.

The site also keeps an anonymous visit statistic — no cookies and no IP addresses — which cannot be linked to you in any way.

That is all. We do not collect data behind your back and we do not use tracking or marketing cookies.

To reply to your messages and quote requests.

To help you find a job: we read your CV, contact you for an interview and present your application to the employer for the job you applied to.

To keep a basic record of the requests we receive and to meet our legal obligations.

When you contact us or request a quote, we process your data to take steps at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

When you apply for a job, we process your data based on your consent and on the steps taken at your request with a view to employment (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

For keeping basic records we rely on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — for example, being able to show that we answered your request.

CVs and job application data: a maximum of 12 months from the date you apply. After that we delete them, unless you explicitly ask us to keep them for future opportunities.

Messages from the contact form: for as long as needed to handle your request, plus a reasonable record-keeping period.

You can ask us to delete your data earlier at any time — see the section on your rights.

Like any modern website, we work with a few technical providers that process data on our behalf, under contract:

Supabase — database hosting, on servers located in the European Union. This is where form messages and job applications are stored.

Vercel — website hosting.

Google Fonts are served directly from our own server, so your visit does not send any data to Google.

If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, the communication goes through the WhatsApp service, at your initiative.

When you apply for a job, we share your CV and contact details with the respective employer — only for the job you applied to. We never sell or rent your data to anyone.

You have the right to know what data we hold about you (access), to correct it if it is wrong, to ask us to delete it, to restrict processing, to object to processing and to receive your data in a portable format.

Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the processing carried out before that moment.

To exercise any of these rights, write to us at office@fullworkservices.com. We will reply as soon as we can, and no later than one month.

If something about the way we handle your data does not seem right, please write to us first — most issues can be solved quickly.

You also have the right, at any time, to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP): www.dataprotection.ro.

If we make an important change to this policy — for example, if we add an analytics tool to the site — we will update the date above and publish the new version here.
