What we're looking for
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Experience in small construction work, like painting, changing light bulbs, locks, making small reparations .
- Hands-on, structured, and detail-oriented.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to lead by example.
- Flexible to support both guest-facing and ship-related duties.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Additional languages represent an advantage.
- EU citizenship.
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently.

What you'll do
- Small construction work, like painting, changing light bulbs, locks, making small reparations .
- Oversee housekeeping activities, including cabins, bathrooms, laundry and common areas.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Deliver a welcoming and professional guest experience.
- Participate in basic ship handling activities as a mate/deckhand.
- Attend company-provided training and qualification programs where necessary.
