We are looking for a Senior Medical Assistant for a modern dental clinic located in the Băneasa area of Bucharest, who will support the delivery of high-standard medical procedures. The role involves assisting dentists during complex dental treatments, preparing the treatment rooms and equipment, and ensuring professional interaction with patients.

What we're looking for
- Medical Assistant qualification (General or Dental), with a recognized diploma
- Relevant experience in dentistry (minimum 3–5 years), including exposure to complex procedures
- Valid professional license / practice authorization
- High attention to detail and strict adherence to medical and hygiene protocols
- Excellent teamwork skills and effective collaboration with dentists
- Empathetic, patient-oriented attitude
- Strong organizational skills and ability to react quickly in clinical situations
- Basic to intermediate computer skills, including the use of patient management software

What you'll do
- Assisting dentists during general and complex dental procedures
- Preparing the treatment room and instruments, in compliance with strict sterilization and hygiene protocols
- Managing medical materials and consumables, including stock monitoring
- Preparing and supporting patients before and after procedures
- Maintaining a safe and professional working environment, in line with medical standards
- Coordinating and supporting junior assistants, when required
- Using and updating medical software (patient records, scheduling)
