We are looking for a Certified Insulation Foreman to join large-scale industrial projects in the Port of Antwerp, Belgium, the largest chemical cluster in Europe. You will play a key role in coordinating a team of 4–8 specialists, working on modern construction sites within the petrochemical, energy, and LNG sectors, as part of stable and well-structured projects secured until 2026.

What we're looking for

  • Certified Insulation Foreman (EU diploma or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3 years of industrial experience
  • Proven leadership skills – you will coordinate a team of 4–8 workers
  • English at site level (Polish or Russian is an advantage)
  • VCA-VOL certificate or willingness to obtain it within the first month

What you'll do

  • Reading and interpreting P&IDs, isometric drawings, and technical specifications
  • Daily planning of team activities and material requirements
  • Installation of:
  • Quality control (QC): thickness, density, overlaps, and vapor barrier
  • Training and supervising apprentices, conducting safety observations
  • Leading Toolbox Talks
  • Managing Permit to Work (PTW) procedures
