Facility Maintenance Technician – Preventive & Corrective Interventions | Bucharest & Nationwide
Bucharest, Romania 🇷🇴RON 4,000 net + meal vouchers
Position dedicated to preventive maintenance activities and basic technical interventions across properties in the portfolio, located in Bucharest and occasionally nationwide. The role involves performing routine maintenance work, minor interior repairs (painting touch-ups, small fixes, general repairs), as well as simple technical interventions to ensure proper functionality and safety standards.
The activity includes traveling to client locations, quickly identifying issues, and applying effective solutions, contributing directly to maintaining a functional and well-maintained environment in line with contractual requirements.

What we're looking for
- Valid Category B driving license, actively used, with availability for frequent travel within Bucharest and occasional nationwide assignments.
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience in maintenance or interior repair works, including painting, plastering, wall finishing, and minor repair tasks.
- Basic electrical knowledge – replacing lighting fixtures, checking sockets and switches, and identifying simple electrical issues.
- Ability to quickly diagnose technical problems and perform interventions independently without constant supervision.
- Strong organizational skills, respect for deadlines, and the ability to maintain high-quality work standards.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a solution-oriented attitude in interactions with clients.
Where you'll work
- Main location: Bucharest.
- On-site activity, at the headquarters and buildings in the company's portfolio.
- Occasional travel within the country, depending on projects.
- This is not a position in a fixed location – activity carried out in the field.
What you'll do
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance work in the properties in the portfolio.
- Carrying out minor interior repairs (painting, touch-ups, plastering, small fixes).
- Carrying out basic technical interventions, including simple electrical maintenance work (changing light bulbs, checking sockets and switches).
- Rapidly identifying problems that arise at customer locations and applying appropriate solutions.
- Maintaining quality and safety standards in all interventions performed.
- Traveling to established locations and efficiently managing time and planned work.
- Communicating with superiors and reporting on interventions performed.
